President of Builders Site Protection hurt in Mountain Biking Accident

Every entrepeneur is a risk taker and our President, Pat is no exception.   Her favorite hobby is mountain biking and she rides as much as possible.  Unfortunately this past week she was involved in a freak accident in which she was impaled on the bicycle handlebars.  After being transported off a mountain in Elfin Forest, she was transported to the hospital where the trauma surgeons performed emergency surgery to repair perforated intestines.  After a week in the hospital, Pat is back home now recuperating but hopes to ride again soon.  In the meantime the rest of the gals of Builders Site Protection will be here to help you www.buildsitepro.com

New Jamb Protection product a big hit with customers

We've added a new jamb protection product to our lines and it has been working out very well for our customers.  It is molded plastic with a soft, foam interior and we've now sold hundreds of boxes.   These jamb protectors can be reused many times making them very cost efficient over time.  They are packaged 10 per box and are 72" high.  Let us know if you would like more information on this product or any others http://www.buildsitepro.com/  -Alex

By the way, we don't know who this guy is as the pic was sent from the manufacturer.

Pet Damage in the making!

Sure they're cute but these cats are wrecking havoc on this door and jamb.  We're launching a new product line specifically to address the concerns of pet owners damaging homes.  From door protection to jamb, and floor protection we will be able to help customers who call to complain about their pets.  Great idea Carole!

Hayward Lumber expands Surface Protection Space in Santa Maria Store

Ellen stopped by the Santa Maria store of Hayward Lumber this past Holiday Season to check out the new displays of Surface Protection.  We heard she also stopped by Paso Robles for a little wine tasting!  One of the perks with outside sales......-Cathy

Happy Holidays!  Here's a pic of Pat and I at the Sunbelt show with a very tall Texan.  Hmm Jen's hand is a little suspect!  We had a great time and the Sunbelt show is always a great time.  Lucky for us that the state of Texas is still staying strong in this economy.  Love to hear from any of you Texans.  Great guys in the state of Texas-we are always getting lost and the guys are so helpful in letting us know directions.

I know my feet get tired after 8 hours in heels at a show so I can't imagine walking on stilts like this guy!
Happy Holidays,  -Jen
