Each roll of Trimaco's FloorShell measures 38" x 317' - a total of 317 sqft per roll. It is 45 mils thick, which allows it to stand up to heavy machinery as well as dropped tools. While it is strong, it is also easy to cut to size with a standard razor blade, so it can be quickly modified to fit the flooring of any floorplan. FloorShell is quickly fastened down to floors or to other sheets of FloorShell with the specially designed FloorShell Seam Tape.

FloorShell is identical to the other popular breathable fiber board product, RamBoard, so if you are familiar with RamBoard then FloorShell will work perfectly for your project as well. The breathable materials of these two products ensure that curing floors are not damaged by being covered and protected. Breathability most commonly applies to concrete and some new hardwood finishes. Furthermore, while it allows gas vapors to escape, it is spillproof and will prevent liquids from damaging surfaces.
