Custom Cabinet Armor Now Available

We are excited to announce that we have begun processing orders for custom printed Cabinet Armor. This new cabinet surface protection has proven to be extremely popular with builders, and with the availability of custom printing options we expect it to become even more well-liked by homebuilders and commercial contractors.

Cabinet Armor is a breathable barrier that protects cabinets from a wide array of standard jobsite damage and blemishes. It measures 32" in height, and 60 linear feet. Perforations are featured every 16 inches, making installation quick and reducing the amount of cutting and trimming required. 

Featuring a built-in adhesive strip, Cabinet Armor requires no additional tape, adhesives, or tools to ensure quick installation. The adhesive strip is backed with a removable liner, thereby ensuring that the cabinet armor only attaches exactly where you want it to. The adhesive strip is comparable to a standard painters masking tape, and is designed not to impact any dried paint, cured finishes, or granite countertops.

The minimum order quantity for a custom run of Cabinet Armor is 25 rolls, with a margin of one roll more or less (meaning that an order of 25 rolls may become 24 or 26 rolls). Custom printing is done in one color - black - and the typical lead time to print the material is four weeks plus shipping. Companies' logos, slogans, and contact information can all be included in the custom printing.

To schedule a custom run of printing, reach out to us via email or phone. From that point, we'll collect the information needed for the custom printing run, and create a proof to be signed off on. Once that proof is approved by the customer, the production process begins.

There is a one-time fee to create a custom printing plate, but once the printing plate has been made, there is no additional fee for future custom orders. All that's needed to start customizing Cabinet Armor is a digital file with what you would like printed!

Cabinet Armor - All New Cabinet Protection Now On Sale

We are always excited to announce new products, and our latest release is the all-new Cabinet Armor. This new cabinet protection is a specially designed, breathable, surface protection specifically designed for cabinetry.

Each roll of Cabinet Armor is 32 inches tall by 60 linear feet, which totals 160 square feet. Sold in individual rolls, Cabinet Armor is designed with standard cabinet heights and dimensions in mind - minimizing any time spent cutting or trimming to size. 

To further aid in quick installation, Cabinet Armor has a built-in adhesive strip at its top. This adhesive strip makes installation quick and easy, and also ensures no extra tape is required. Additionally, it features perforations every 12 inches in length, so no sharp tools are required to trim this product to a custom size.

Cabinet Armor is the most rent addition to a large line of our breathable surface protection products. Breathability allows gasses and vapors to pass through the protective material which ensures that freshly stained and cured cabinets can finish curing while also being protected. This material property is particularly important for hardwood finishes as they are typically curing while work is going on around them. Cabinet Armor joins our other great breathable products such as Surface Liner Vapor and Tuf-Guard.

New 6" Protecta-Foam Surface Protection Now Available

We are excited to introduce our latest product offering, new 6" Protecta-Foam. A variation of our existing popular Protecta-Foam product line, 6" Protecta-Foam is a great surface protection solution for door and floor trim, specialty cabinet components, tubs, aluminum surfaces, and many other interior finishes. Protecta-Foam adheres to finishes with a safe adhesive designed to stay in place, but not to transfer any adhesive. At the end of its use, Protecta-Foam cleanly peels off in one sheet.

6" Protecta-Foam shares all of the features that our existing Protecta-Foam line. It is perforated every 12 inches for easy application, and it is rated for 30 day use. The 6" rolls are 425' long. Each roll is currently on sale for $69.00/roll.

All-New 48" Protecta Foam Used at Knight Cancer Institute

Among the newest products we offer, the all-new 48" Protecta-Foam will be used to protect interior walls and panels at OHSU's new Knight Cancer Institute. A joint venture between Andersen Construction and Hoffman Corp, the new $160 million building is the latest in a string of expansions and additions to the science complex.

Protecta-Foam has previously been used by Andersen Construction in numerous residential projects. However, this marks the first time it has been used in a commercial application to protect lab wall panels. The 48" foam is being wrapped over bespoke wall panels, protecting lab-grade materials from surface damage. This marks the first commercial construction use of our new 48" foam, which was created to provide more versatility in what could be protected with the foam. Also available in 30", 18", and 4" widths, we now carry an extensive line of Protecta-Foam for new applications.

We're happy to announce that larger rolls of our popular Protecta-Foam cabinet protection are now available. In addition to the standard 30" x 100' and the small 4" x 425' rolls, we now offer these new sizes:

Larger rolls are better suited for large-scale projects, and larger custom finishes. Now, rather than using multiple sheets to cover a kitchen island or specialized cabinetry, larger and longer rolls can accomplish more surface protection. Further, larger rolls also allow for quantity discounts, as the cost per square foot of larger rolls is less than that of the standard 30" x 100' roll. If there are a number of finishes to be protected, scaling up to a large roll of Protecta-Foam is the cost effective way to do so.
