Good news for commercial builders! The latest Fitch Ratings report sees an increase for the non-residential construction sector beginning this year and accelerating through the end of 2014. Non-residential construction is expected to increase by 2% this year and will increase by 5% in 2014. Public construction spending remains stable this year and is expected to rise by 3% in 2014.
