The project is expanding and renovating an existing structure and is adding on a two story, 38,000 square foot residential care and memory care facility. The new addition will include fifty apartment units. The Bend, Oregon office of Builders Site Protection is supplying Andersen Construction with heavy duty corrugated plastic sheeting as well as CoverGuard industrial-grade protection for the newly-installed shower pans.
